Romantic Houses

Sometimes I like to dream of a small house, with two white windows and a little yard full of red roses... A house with a guest room, a beautiful living room and a romantic shabby chitchen. I would choose only old, vintage and shabby furniture and I would create thousand of warmy pillows..But since I live in a rent smallest one room apartment , I am faaar away from my dream house.. So I'll show you some lovelly houses..

Cateodata imi place sa visez la o casuta mica, cu doua ferestre albe si o mica gradina plina de trandafiri rosii... O casa cu camera pentru oaspeti, o camera de zi frumoasa si o bucatarie shabby romantica. As alege doar mobila veche, vintage si shabby si as crea mii de perne calduroase..Dar dat fiind ca locuiesc intr-o mica garsoniera inchiriata, sunt depaaarte de casuta mea de vis.. Asa ca va voi arata cateva casute dragute..

Gift and Decoration Fair

Hy friends! Have you got a good week? I moved  this weekend to another place and this is not my happiest moment. Yet I have a reason to be joly. For 3 days, 21, 22 and 23 december, I will join a Christmas handmade fair , here in my city, Pitesti.

Buna prieteni! Ati petrecut o saptamana frumoasa? Eu m-am mutat in weekendul acesta intr-o alta casa si nu este tocmai cel mai fericit moment al meu. Totusi am un motiv sa fiu vesela. Timp de trei zile, 21,22 si 23 decembrie, voi participa ca expozant la un Targ Handmade de Craciun, aici in orasul meu,Pitesti.

Is my first fair ever and I'm very excited. I have hundreds of ideas that I want to implement and I spend every free minute sewing, cropping, decorating, and thinking more than ever. I already know how I'll decorate my table and how to present the products. I want to make custom price labels , bags for sold products and  greetings postcards..

Este primul targ la care particip si sunt foarte emotionata. Am sute de idei pe care vreau sa le pun in aplicare si-mi petrec orice minut liber cusund, decupand, ornand, si gandind cel mail mult dintre toate. Stiu deja cum voi decora masa mea si cum voi prezenta produsele. Vreau sa fac etichete personalizate de pret, pungi pentru produsele vandute, biletele cu urari de sarbatori...

A lot of handmade artists will join this fair, there will be many Christmas decorations and I'm sure I'll spend three wonderful days.

La acest targ vor participa multi artisti handmade, vor fi multe decoratiuni de Craciun si sunt sigura ca voi petrece trei zile minunate.

I expect all of you and I promise to do a lot of photos so you can see me even if you are far away !

Va astept in numar cat mai mare si promit sa fac multe fotografii ca sa vedeti si voi, cei din departare !

Waiting for Christmas !

I promissed to my self that I'll be patient untill 20th of november to finally show you my Christmas Collection! But with all the beautifull Christmas ideas around it's a really though decision. Well, tree days more..

Mi-am promis mie insami ca voi avea rabdare pana pe 20 noiembrie pentru a va prezenta in sfarsit Colectia mea de Craciun! Dar cu toate ideile frumoase de Craciun care plutesc in jur, este destul de greu de mentinut decizia..

And since so many blogs that I love have allready shown a bit of their Christmas preparatives, I want to share with you some of this lovely blogs.

Si dat fiind ca multe dintre blogurile mele preferate au prezentat deja putin din pregatirile lor de Craciun, vreau sa va impartasesc cateva din aceste bloguri minunate.

I'll start with a special woman from Australia... Kerryanne! She is so full of joy and she has some absolutely gorgeous ideas for Christmas. Here blog is Shabby Art Boutique  and I'm sure you will simply love it! She began "Simply Christmas" for two weeks allready, but you are still in time to plan for Christmas with her by your side.

Voi incepe cu o femeie speciala din Australia... Kerryanne! Ea este plina de veselie si are unele idei absolut incantatoare pentru Craciun. Blogul ei este Shabby Art Boutique si sunt sigura ca va va placea din prima clipa!De doua saptamani a inceput proiectul "Simply Christmas", dar inca mai aveti timp sa planuiti Craciunul alaturi de ea.

Then I should talk about Reny from My Lovely Home. She is from Cech Republic and she has a romantic and shabby soul, so I like all her creations. Go pay her a visit!

Acum ar trebui sa va spun despre Reny din My Lovely Home. Ea este din Republica Ceha si are un suflet romantic si shabby, asa ca imi plac toate creatiile ei. Mergeti sa-i faceti o vizita!

 

Then is Penny from Penny's Vintage Home ! She is a sweet lady from New Mexico, America and she likes colours and old things so I admire her for the courage to use the colours like she does.

 

Apoi este Penny din Penny's Vintage Home ! Ea este o femeie draguta din New Mexico, America si ii plac culorile si lucrurile vechi asa ca o admir pentru curajul ei de a folosi culorile asa cum face.

 

 

 

I sure don't want to forget Chiara from My Country Nest ! She is from Italy, she owns a B&B and her passions are shabby style, country life and decorative sewing. She is really talented and I like all her projects. And for the Christmas she started to show some really nice creations.

 

Sigur nu vreau sa o uit pe Chiara din My Country Nest ! Ea este din Italia, detine un B&B iar pasiunile ei sunt stilul shabby, viata la tara si cusutul decorativ. Este cu adevarat talentata si imi plac toate proiectele ei. Iar pentru Craciun a inceput sa prezinte unele creatii chiar fermecatoare.

 

 

 

Then is Anna from Shabby & Charme ! She is also italian and she owns a store with sweet shabby things. On her blog allways present us a lot of shabby B&B and house of charm. Now for Christmas she adobed her store with cute products. 

 

Apoi este Ana din Shabby & Charme !  Si ea este italianca si detine un magazin cu obiecte shabby. Pe blogul sau intotdeauna prezinta o multime de B&B si case de charm. Acum de Craciun a pregatit magazinul sau cu multe produse dragute.

And the list may go on.. There are hundreds of shabby blogs out there in the internet space. If only I had the time to read them all! But enough for tonight. Tree more days and I will show you my Christmas Collection, so see you soon !

 

Si lista poate continua.. Sunt sute de bloguri shabby acolo undeva in spatiul internet. Doar daca as avea timp sa le citesc pe toate!! Dar destul pentru seara aceasta. Inca trei zile si va voi prezenta Colectia mea de Craciun asa ca ne revedem curand !

Old treasures

The contest is going on and very well shall I say. In 2 days I've reached 160 participants and more than 300 visits on my blog.I am pretty proud of myself.

 

Concursul este in curs si merge destul de bine as spune. In doua zile am atins 160 de participanti si mai mult de 300 de vizite pe blog. Sunt destul de mandra de mine insami.

But, as I promissed, I want to show you my newest old items found in an old house.. I can't wait to start re-doing all and give them a new life..

New pillow models

Yesterday it was a totaly productive day for me. I worked on a new project that I will present you soon, doing what I love to do..pillows.

 

Ieri a fost o zi total productiva pentru mine! Am lucrat la un nou proiect pe care il voi prezenta curand, facand ceea ce imi place sa fac..perne.

Well, well, well ! Isn't a gorgeous day to make pillows? As my mother says.. "Pillows again?"

I just created two new models of cute decorative pillows. One is red and one is green.. The red one is my favourite..

Ei,ei,ei! Nu-i asa ca este o zi minunata pentru a crea perne? Cum spune mama mea ..."Din nou perne?"

Tocmai am creat doua noi modele de perne decorative foarte simpatice. Una este rosie ,iar cealalta este verde. Cea rosie este preferata mea..

Hy friends! Do you have a good weekend? I had to go to work today, so for me it left only a half of weekend to enjoy.

Last Sunday I fotographed a vignette on my rustic table with fresh roses from my mom garden. Arent' they gorgeous?

 

Buna prieteni? Aveti un weekend placut? Eu a trebuit sa merg la servici astazi, deci pentru mine a mai ramas doar jumatate de weekend de petrecut.

Duminica trecuta am fotografiat o vinieta pe masa mea rustica cu trandafiri proaspat culesi din gradina mamei mele. Nu-i asa ca sunt minunati?

Ati petrecut si voi un week-end plin de inspiratie ca si mine? Eu am asternut pe hartie niste idei pe care le voi pune in practica imediat ce ma voi furniza cu materie prima. De-abia astept!

Hello everybody!!
Have you too spent an week-end full of inspiration like me? I wrotte on the paper some ideas that I will create as soon as I get the materials. I can't wait!

Am decis deasemenea sa-mi cumpar masina de cusut! Eviva! Si cat mai curand! Faptul ca de cand mama mea are masina de cusut ,iar eu cos ori de cate ori o vizitez, m-a facut sa-mi dau seama ca m-am lenevit. Nu-mi mai place sa cos de mana si multe lucruri nici nu le poti realiza de mana. Iar eu am stive de panzeturi si idei care de-abia asteaptra sa fie puse in aplicare. Deci.. Ce ma sfatuiti? BROTHER sau BERNINA ?? Bugetul nu este foarte permitiv, asa ca ma gandeam sa aleg intre modelul Brother Innov Is 20 sau Bernina Bernette 25 . Careva a incercat vreuna din aceste masini de cusut? Care este mai buna?

I've also decided to buy me a sewing machine! Eviva! And as soon as possible! The fact that since my mother has a sewing machine, and i sew whenerver I visit her, it made me think that I becomed lazy. I dont like anymore to sew by hand and many things you can not even do by hand. And I have tones of fabrics and ideas that I hardly wait to realiza. So... What do you advise me? BROTHER o BERNINA?? My budget dont' alloud much, so I was thinking to choose from Brother Innov Is 20 or Bernina Bernette 25. Has anyone tried one of this sewing machines? Wich one is better?

Shabby Shopping!

Uneori invidiez pe cei care traiesc in locuri speciale.. Suedia, Anglia, America..dar mai ales America. Ei au acele numite "yard sales" unde poti gasi lucruri absolut fascinante, la preturi exorbitant de mici..

Sometimes I invidy the ones who live in special places.. Suedia, England, America..but the most America. They have those "yard sales" where you can find things absolutely fascinating, on exorbitant small prices..

Week-endul acesta,orasul nostru a gazduit  Targul de Antichitati..

This week-end, our city hosted the Antiques Fair..

Toate bune si frumoase, dar niste preturi......... exagerate..

All well and good, but the prices..........exaggerated..

Mi-a placut acest birou, dar se vanduse deja.. cu 800 de euro.. La pretul acesta, nu multumesc!

I loved this desk, but it was sold already.. with 800 euro.. At this price, no thanks!

Dupa care, am cautat piata de vechituri din oras. Din pacate, in zona asta, vehciturile nu au cautare , astfel ca piata se intinde pe circa 100 mp. Si totusi, am gasit ceva frumuseti..

After that, I searched our town's rubbish market. Unfortunately, in this area, the rubbish has no look, so the market spreads over 100 sq.m. And yet, I found some beauties..

 

Un tablou , un vechi geamantan si o cutie de biscuiti.. In total de 27 Ron (

Inca nu m-am hotarat daca sa vopsesc rama alb, intr-un veritabil stil shabby, sau sa o las asa. Dl. Shabby mi-a recomandat sa las rama asa cum este, dar..ma mai gandesc.

I have not yet decided whether to paint white the frame in a real shabby style , or to let it like this. Mr. Shabby advised me to leave the frame as is, but..I'm still thinking ..
